Geraldine O'Malley
President / Co-Founder
Geri is our President, expertly balancing business and family. She began managing the administration side of both the Insulation and Asbestos Abatement companies in 1988. In 2008, she founded Nail Insulation & Supply, Inc. Today, Geri oversees the overall implementation of all company functions and objectives, ensuring our business operates smoothly and efficiently.
Tracy O'Malley-Nail
CFO
Tracy received her B.S. from San Jose State University. In 1992, she began helping her mother in the business and eventually became Account Manager in 1996. In 1998, Tracy was named Controller of both companies and later assumed the roles of Secretary/Treasurer. She has served as Chief Financial Officer for all companies ever since.
Jacque Jans
Marketing & Development Director
Jacque has been with us since 2007, working directly with Patrick on educating our customers about spray foam. She collaborates with Tracy on job cost and profit/loss data, assists with adapting to new economic changes in the industry, and follows up on job leads.
Jacque serves as our customer service contact for both divisions and is responsible for implementing our marketing and growth objectives.
